Here’s two ways you can donate:

1) Pay by Credit Card method

Follow this link to go to the Donations page.  Enter your email address and enter a donation amount.  You can choose one of the suggested donation amounts or enter any amount in the last box.  Enter your credit card information and you’re done!

2) Pay by Check method

Write a check for any amount that you like.  Put “Angel Award – Eliminate Donation” in the memo and mail to:
